What are your hours?
We deliver 12pm to 8pm, 7 DAYS A WEEK! Pre-orders are welcome and appreciated; you can order up to a week before your desired date and time. Last calls to place an order for the current day is at 6pm. We understand that work and one’s lifestyle can sometimes make it difficult to meet during regular business hours; if you require a bit more accommodation, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

Is there a donation minimum?
Yes! The donation minimum is $80.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes! There is a $20 delivery fee for all orders under $160. Orders $160 or more automatically get free delivery!
What is the delivery process like?
After completing the checkout process, you will receive an email with your order reciept. If you dont see the email within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder!
Shortly after your items are confirmed on our end, you will receive a text message from dispatch introducing themselves and confirming the delivery block. Any additional accommodations or delivery requests can be discussed directly with dispatch. Once your driver arrives at your location, we will send a message letting you know they arrived. WE WILL NEVER APPROACH YOU, YOUR VEHICLE, OR YOUR HOME WITHOUT LETTING YOU KNOW FIRST. Please present your donation at this time and that’s it! You will receive your 4×4 art print for your donation, as well as an awesome gift for you to enjoy.
How do I set up a delivery?
The easiest way to place an order is by selecting your desired gift items on the website, and completing the checkout process. You are always welcome to message us on Signal or text us at (202)702-9909.

Can I exchange my product?
We do not accept returns, but can help with an exchange for certian products!
For non-sealed products like flower and live resin, we do not accept exchanges.
For sealed products like edibles, we accept exchanges within 1 week of your donation for a sealed, unopened product, that is in the same condition as you received it.
We understand that although rare, sometimes carts and disposables can have manufacturing defects. We are happy to exchange a defective cart or disposable within 1 week of your donation if it is not working. The cart/disposable must be full, and returned with the original packaging.

All exchange requests are subject to our discretion, but it is always important to us that our clients are happy!
How do I store my carts and disposables?
To ensure highest possible quality, please store your carts and disposables upright and in a cool dry place. Leaving them in a hot/cold car or laying down may cause it to clog, leak, or stop working.
When not in use, remove your cart from your battery, and store it upright. Leaving it screwed in for extended periods of time may cause your cart to leak, harden, or cause other problems.
